This project creates a gorgeous mug bag. It is a safe and attractive way to transport your mug and tea/coffee to work or your next sewing retreat.

The bag is padded and has a central compartment to hold your mug comfortably as well as a pocket at the back for tea bags or coffee sachets.

There is also a blank applique frame on the flap which you can personalize with a name or monogram with your editing software. You could also use a fun tea/coffee related print fabric for this applique area.

There are 3 “in the hoop” panels for 6x10 hoops where most of the work is done for you. All you need is a sewing machine to finish off a few straight seams and you’re done.

This is a fun ITH project for yourself or as a unique gift item for birthdays and Christmas.

Approximate finished size is 6 inches wide x 5 inches high x 2 ¼ inches deep.
