Making a fun fringed design is really simple! Here's how ...
💙 Embroider the design as you usually would.
💙Once the stitching is complete, flip your hoop to view the reverse side and carefully cut the bobbin thread around the fringed feathers.
💙 Then, turn the hoop back over and gently fluff up the "fringe".
💙 You can also trim the fringe stitches from the front
